What is DNS? 

DNS stands for Domain Name Server. It translates alphanumeric domain name to numeric IP address  vice versa.

What is URL?

URL stands for Universal Resource Locator and referred as web address. URL is a unique identifier. An example is: http://www.3wserves.com

What are the addreses of your DNS name servers?

  • Primary Nameserver ::ns1.3wservers.com.
  • Secondary Nameserver:ns2.3wservers.com.

  • Secondary Nameserver:ns2.3wserves.com.  (216.122.4.159).

How can I get a copy of my invoice or receipt?

One you have opened an account with us, your login user name and password will be emailed by us. You can log in by clicking the log in link in our web site. You can view and print all your past invoices. Also details of domain names, renewals, hosting pla','Please note it is not your control panel. Control panel is to manage your website where as it is to manage your accounts. NB: We do not store any credit card details in our database. It is handled by the clearing banks or companies.

Can I have the DNS for my domain changed?
