Step by step domain registration and hosting

Domain Registration and Transfers

1.a  Register
your domain name  and select your package click here 

1.b Once you have registered we will contact you confirming  your registration and login details within 24 hrs.

1.c Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the name servers to resolve the your newly registered domain name

2.a Transfer your domain name  and select your package  click here.

2.b Once you have registered we will contact you confirming  your registration and login details with in 24 hrs.

2.c Transfer process depends on the type on Domain name,  how quickly you authorize,by your previous ISP, etc. 

2d&nbsp Once the process is complete we  set an account your login details as soon as possible.

3.a  Transfer   to our  name servers only. It is almost the same as ordering a transfer but select the name servers only option  . click here. as 1b and 1c.

Web Publishing 

1 Type your domain name in the address bar of the Internet Explorer or Netscape browser. eg: http://www.yourdomainname.com

2 If your  any message with your domain name is displayed then you are ready to publish  your your web pages. 

3 You can use either FontPage or other FTP software like WS_FTP or
Cute_FTP. 

3.1 If you are using FrontPage make sure FrontPage Extensions are installed.
It depends on the package you select as well.

3.2 Make sure that your first page is index.html.  

3.3 You can upload your pages by using the following settings. 

Publish web to: http://www.yourdomainname.com

Name: your FrontPage user name

Password: Your FrontPage Password

3.4 Please do not use other FTP software with FrontPage.

4.1 If you are using other FTP software like CuteFTP,WS_FTP,etc. you can download free trial versions by clicking     .

Site >Addsite> Give a name to your site> click next>  hostname or IP address box: ftp.yourdomainname.com" ftp.yourdomainname.com> click ok> enter your userid box= username password= your password account: account name  and  click ok. (Also tick save password and save account)

4.3 Make connection you your web site::

Sites Menu> Select the site you have just created.> Click connect.

If itcould not connect check your username password or hostname and retry.

4.5 Upload your files:  If everything ok you will be connected. Now browse the and select the Folder containing your web pages and click  >. to upload your files.

4.5 You can check whether it has loaded correctly by typing your web address in the Internet explorer or Netscape address bar.

4.6If you your first page is not displayed correctly make sure to rename your first page index.html and upload again.
